Edict 90

This is unrelated to my display of wanting to have Magnus Carlsen as a military advisor.  I recall that Bobby Fischer worked his ass off to develop his research techniques about his chess tactics.  They were all stolen and such a crime might not be recalled easily.

Neither Opponent is allowed to play any chess openings that they know about.  I think this is a good start for him if he wanted to develop the rules for his type of game further or if he likes the idea.
