Our Flight From Egypt

During Passover we celebrate our being rescued from Egypt.  Pharoah's heart was hardened during those times so that he wouldn't be able to escape God's deeper wrath that was to come despite many devastating and tormenting plagues that He decided to unleash.  At this time when He decided to reveal himself to us.  We were rescued from the house of bondage through God's heavy hand.  At that time We were extremely poorly treated slaves.  We left quickly and had to carry unleavened bread for our journey.  The waters were divided eventually and swallowed up their chariots.  He could rescue us then, He could rescue us now, and He could rescue us tomorrow.
