Something to be meditated on by China and India

 In order to end the seemingly lawless bloodshed (unless a better way could be found between India and China) through using swords at their boarder to engage in battles, I recommend investigating some kind of "gladiatorial arena" to be built near the boarders or both nations trying to improve their relations with each other in order to better maintain relations without such a heavy investment.
