This Sounds Like A Taunt That King David Would Have Made Many Times
Achilles reminds me of that great king David who displayed actual courage instead of the movie version. Even though we can't see his battles, unless possibly in a vision, we can still look at the same stars in the night that he would have looked at.
"You won't have eyes tonight; you won't have ears or a tongue. You will wander the underworld blind, deaf, and dumb, and all the dead will know: this is the fool who thought he killed Achilles." -Achilles in the 2004 movie Troy
