A Customer Service Phone Call

I wanted to cancel something and told the person on the other line that they ‘are helping real life people but not being able to see the other person on the line creates a distance between customer and customer service.  You are helping real life people with souls.’  I was so righteously angered that I had to share that he said that ‘I made his day’ and he laughed.  And a second customer service agent today said ‘Wow that was the nicest thing I’ve heard.’  Brothers and sisters!  Charge!
