How To Determine The Amount Of Guilt That Is Had By The Forces Behind A Murderer
I was thinking about how Charles Manson might not have been the actual person who carried out the attacks that ended up killing people. I concluded that, even though he didn't kill them with his own hand, he is still guilty of murder because, really, he was the one that ordered the deaths to happen. The others were accessories to murder. They weren't really the ones who committed the murder even though they were the ones that carried out his orders so they should be psychologically evaluated to better process their guilt if there is any remnant of it through an interview type process. Then, their innocence or guilt can be more adequately measured by the judge.
