If I Was A Law Enforcement Officer

 If I was law enforcement officer:

"You were driving suspiciously and by suspiciously I mean that your driving is putting other people in danger."  

As a law *oh shit I have to read the Miranda rights at some point*, anyway, as a law enforcement officer I'm duty bound to question you.  You have no need to answer but I can't possibly let you continue driving without being able to entirely verify that you aren't a danger to yourself or others.  License and registration please...

*Oh!  I would also enjoy having them have their hands where I can see them to prevent danger to myself.*

Anyway, let's see what the I.D. says and the insurance says.
