My Own Philosophy On Using Nuclear Weapons Against Other Countries & My permanent Non-Negotiable Everlasting Viewpoint
Should I be in charge of a country with nuclear weapon, under absolutely no circumstances would I ever fire a nuclear weapon on another country unless Japan gave me the go ahead. This is because Japan, having suffered from one, would permanently be the authority that I would yield to for the authorization of nuclear weapons. Again, this is only if I was going to use them. This viewpoint doesn't change due to politics.
