The Difference between LORD (God) And Lord

I was resting on my bed when I recalled a phrase in my head.  The phrase was, I think, something from Psalms.  The scripture that I recalled had two lords in it.  It was from the time of David.  I believe that this was a mistake in translation.  Oh! I suppose that does prove both in one Lord and also proof for Jesus who is a lowercase lord.
