When the Jews Were Slaves

Pharaoh oppressed us during those times.  It was slave labor.  We often recall that God chose to reveal Himself to us and rescued us but we sometimes forget what we were saved from; from slavery and being treated as scum eternally indebted to work everyday and for all time.
