A Plaque I Would Have Presented To The Sanhedrin To Keep Had My Arm Been Longer
I had a fantasy of walking up to the Sanhedrin with a plaque. The plaque would have biblical quotes but it would also have a hidden bible quote that supported the other one that was made by an expert craftsman to be in very small lettering and possibly made with a valuable material. This somewhat difficult to locate verse that supports the others would really bring amazement to the value of the plaque. I would have carved out the plaque and the message myself and given it as a gift to them while they are sitting together. Then I would have left. I don’t recall the actual message I would have carved into the wooden plaque. Ahh, I thought of something.
“You always have the poor with you but you don’t always have me.”
Hidden message: the poor will never cease from the land (Moses)
I mentioned my arm being short and this is the reason for that part of the title.
“Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.”-(Isaiah 59:1)
