A Case Between An English Elder and a German Speaking Man

I don't know who she is but for this case, should this German Speaking Man have a closeness in proximity, not only with land but also with love, then I greatly feel that his drinking of champagne the very day after the elder woman's son's funeral is remarkably offensive since the position of the German Speaking Man, having all of the previously mentioned attributes concerning proximity, could have had a heart to celebrate the meaning of the elder's son's death through protesting in his own lands not to drink champagne.  Otherwise, why would he even go to the funeral?

This question could be a defense for him.  If he wasn't an attendee or one who recognized the elder's son's funeral as important due to any circumstances, then I retract my claim that he could have performed an evil.
