Concerning The Rights Of Dead Agents

These are some lyrics I recall from a song "Secret agent man, secret agent man, they've given you a number and taken away your name."  The reply I have for this is complex.  As an apology on behalf of the spies in the united states government, I say, "Oh yeah?  Look at the stars.....<asshole>"

In order to explain this you would have to know the organization that has stars that mark dead agents in The United States Of America.
