Concerning The Visitor To Skid Row

At -17:39 of Season 1, Episode 1 there was a quote Saul that I found noteworthy and I will explain right after I quote him:

"I might as well head down to skid row and sell plasma."

This brought to my attention an extremely impassioned man whose name I searched for and couldn't find it.  I then thought, well, The Force (of God) is with him so perhaps he need not have my aid anyway towards his bolstering.
