The exact person who suffered this fate I don't recall. There was someone who went on a raging killing spree. They studied his brain and he had a defect where there was an unusual amount of pressure on the portion of his brain that regulates his angry center. I still feel he would have to pay the price despite his rampage being due to a handicap. [If you look a little deeper you could see that the previous few sentences can confidently lead one to believe that even murderers deserve our pity for it might have simply been a crime committed due to a brain defect.]
