The Formerly Known As Theory Is Fact

Rudy Giuliani has a theory called "The Broken Glass Theory".  Due to the fact that the subway systems are now much safer, it is prudent to assume that the broken glass theory is actually a fact and Rudy Giuliani, today at the very least, has proved it.

He might not be recognized as a hero but heroes come in many shapes and sizes.

Their recognition never fades even if some are forgotten forever.
