The Heart Of Jesus

Do you recall how Jesus Christ of Nazareth spoke and told those who were with him in reply to their suggestion that "Rabbi, just ask and we will on your part plea to God to rain fire down upon those who are attacking you as He did for Elijah."

He told them "Don't you know that I could ask God for 6,000 angels to assist me and He would do it for me?  But that He has already determined that this is the way I must go?
