The United States Of America Is Not A Lawless Nation

This nation is not lawless.  I was of the opinion at one time that it was but for the very fact that police officers aren't beating the shit out of the innocent at all times is proof that The United States Of America is a nation of laws.  The last time, before the African American who was on drugs couldn't breath and died accidently, we got the Miranda Rights from it and it was due to the beating up of Rodney King.
