You Shall Not Bear False Witness Against Your Neighbor

I'm still watching this DEPP V HEARD trial.  I'm on episode 3 on this Netflix series titled "The Viral Verdict".  I'm at the 47:00 minutes left mark and I've decided to share with anyone who can read this, a law of my people the jews.

"You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor."-(Exodus 20:16)

Tell me you doubter, where in law given to us by Moses does it say that this law is only true for a courtroom?
