Concerning The Advanced Multi-Plant Civilizations Of The Universe

After creating a worm hole at it's safe distance for the planet in question (expensive, estimates are in the range of 70 trillion dollars according to ChatGPT, not joking), a planet would get invited into a larger grouping through the advanced civilization showing up, deeming their civilization worthy of being interacted with, and inviting them to join the larger civilization.  After accepting the invitation, the worm hole is opened thus enabling even distant worlds to be unified and operate in an integrated manner.
