Michael’s Sermon On The Mount

Cursed are those who would misuse the name of God. When someone who is perfect gets directly mistreated it is of the highest evil that can be performed and a perfect being should not even have His name misused. Cursed is the one who keeps unjust scales for themselves through a desperate love of themselves getting more than they deserved. Cursed is the one who doesn’t help up their neighbor or the foreigner residing with them when they witness them struggling with an oxen while they both travel on the way and there is surely time to lend aid that the importance of a previous engagement doesn’t outweigh the lending of aid. Cursed is the one who without a temporary excuse that could remove the burden does refuse to give %10 of his income either to the poor in the name of God (should they not know where else to give) or, instead, refuses to gives %10 to God in some way. Cursed is one who does not take extreme heed towards the words of a recognized legitimate person whom themselves fulfills all the requirements that the law tells us about a being who is prophet. Cursed is everyone who breaks even the very smallest seemingly insignificant commandment for the source of the commandments comes from The One Who Is Beyond Reproach Of Any Kind. Cursed are those who would ever turn their will against the divine like the prophet Jonah did when he fled from wanting to perform his duty as a prophet. He had to face death itself in an act of repentance. Is that not an example of enough action taken for any of these curses to be lifted from effecting a person? Surely it is. Cursed is any angel or man who turns their back on God for any reason. Cursed is one who would add anything to the law no matter how good it might seem based on the times. For example, this new law requiring that a Jew say the shema twice daily when that wasn’t written in the law of Moses to perform. Or perhaps not mixing milk with meat when that law isn’t the truth and is instead based upon the command not to boil a young calf in its mother’s milk. Lastly, cursed is that being who does refuse to love God or at least love the ideals that God stands for instead should His actions bring one to temporarily be distant due to anger towards Him withholding blessings from you.
